This renovation home design of a home which called the Hetherland Pool House was completed design by the Satellite Architects. This living space is located in Woodhouse Lane, Uplyme, Devon, UK. For this renovation, the budget which had to spent for about £600,000. This dwelling is covers area for about 280 square meters.
The architect project renovation for this building is a pool house addition to an existing dwelling. But in this case, I think the ‘house’ is increase, mixing a double garage, living room, master-bed, gym and kitchen extension in the architect brief. By the architect, that structure is situated o the west of the existing building; it is taking the stance of a traditional outbuilding, acting as a boundary to the paddock, whilst protecting the gardens from the prevailing winds.
